Final Thoughts

From the information about Charles Drew's struggles and journey, I learned that I should be happy we all live in a time period where racism is hardly an issue. Though there still are a few people who build racial barriers, many are accepting to everyone. We all go to the same schools and live in the same neighborhoods together. Imagining what life would have been like during Drew's lifetime is frightening, and I am glad that race is not of the major issues in many lives.
